A Yearning

I think that autochromes are beautiful. While searching for guides to the autochrome process or people who teach the technique I keep running across Photoshop tutorials to simulate the look of autochromes. This saddens me. Digital, you don’t have to try and replace everything (plus your attempts at reproducing some of the looks of the traditional processes is pathetic). I yearn to learn this process.
